We are a team of volunteers from diverse backgrounds who take no salaries, wages or expenses for the work we do. Our aim is to facilitate a service in which we work in collaboration with public and private sector services to feed, support and signpost those in genuine need. Thus, in line with our ethos, we work in unity with Mosques, Churches, Community Centres, Businesses and Professionals to help our service users.
There are multiple ways of helping us here at Humanity Unites. Whilst all financial support is truly appreciated, we also require assistance in many other forms as part of our on-going work. Not all of our service users require the same types of support. If you can help with any of the following, we would love to hear from you…
CLOTHING & ESSENTIALS
EMPTY CRISP PACKETS
All non-perishable and long-life foods such as tinned foods are welcomed as donations. We have many service users with different dietary requirements.
During winter months we particularly require warm clothes in good condition. We also require hygiene and sanitary products on a regular basis.
We are working in collaboration with Terracycle to collect empty crisp packets, and Pringle tubes to help raise funds, and keep these items out of landfill. Contact Beccie Wain for details:
